Turning a hobby into more

So there really isn't much to post other then the fact  that I am going to turn this blog and name "love MI style" into something people know and recognize. Or that is my HOPE!

I found time to finally sew the other day, I made Everly this diaper cover. They are the Fancy Ruffled Diaper Cover by Tie Dye Diva I love them! The dress I made before she was born, Itty Bitty Baby Dress a FREE pattern from made by Rae. Oh she looked so cute at church!! The flowers are a headband I made with fabric & hot glue.

So join me on the start of my journey. I have tons of ideas and passion for this. Stay tuned for my first tutorial. Yeah!!

It's a GIRL!!

So we have a new member to the family. Everly Clara was born on June 1st at 9:46 pm, weighing 8lbs 2oz and 20" long. We are so blessed to have her. She has been such a good baby, which is GREAT!!! The older two girls have been trying to help around the house, which is really nice. Logan, he loves the baby, he gives her kisses all day long.

She has such a good complexion, even from day one.

These are the little gifts I gave to those who came to visit & welcome Everly . Mini OPI nail polish that were all different pink shades in color, reds Starburst (you can buy them in the big bag like that!!) and "It's a Girl" pin back I had custom made from a company I found on goggle. I should have the link in here but I can't remember what it was. I loved them though!!

I also had this mason jar full (she was a week late, I couldn't keep the kids out of them) for the nurses, as a little thank you :)

One thing that I am in love with is her name. Back before we knew she was going to be a girl I was watching Mobbed (Howie Mandel is the host) and this lady was on the show to tell her boyfriend/ husband she was pregnant. At the end of the show it showed a picture of the baby girl and her name was Ever. I fell in love with it. I then posted the idea on the Baby Center board & someone suggested adding "ly" to the end to make it more feminine. Oh my, I couldn't get the name out of my head. My husband didn't really care for it, but in the end I did get to name her that. Now all four of the kids initials spell LOVE! This wasn't done on purpose until Everly, since I already had the LOV, I figured I might as well have the E :)
LOVE

I have a lot of plans/ideas for posts. Now that things will hopefully be getting into order & I will be able to get back to sewing :) Stick with me, it is some good stuff. Everything has already been ordered & shipped, it is now just getting to the machine to sew it up :)
